Q: Can you create a custom DVD for me of different skating events that are on different discs?
A: No, my DVDs come as they are.

Q: Can I request a compilation of a skater/pair/couple?
A: Yes, you can request a compilation from me, but I make no guarantee that the compilation will be made in good time. If you really, really, really want a compilation I charge extra per disc for creating the DVD compilation for you. I record all of my skater compilations in SP mode (2 hours). Upcoming compilations are listed at the bottom of this page - if the skater/pair/couple you requested ends up on that list, that means that the compilation will be made when I have time.

Q: Can I order a VHS version of any of your DVDs?
A: No, I no longer have a VCR to dub videos from DVD to VHS, or VHS to VHS. Sorry.

Q: What is your return policy if there is a technical problem with my DVD?
A: If after you receive your DVD(s) from me you find a technical problem (not a quality problem as you have the opportunity to ask me about quality before ordering), you have one month to contact me for a re-burn of your disc from the day I sent out your package (check the date stamped on the postage if sent via USPS - I also keep track of this information). If you contact me after one month for a re-burn you will have to pay again the price of that disc. If I find that my original DVD is defective, you can choose another DVD for me to send to you - no extra charge.
